Driving Directions: The Landings on Skidaway Island is easily accessable from the heart of Historic Savannah and points north, west and south. Skidaway Island is 12 miles southeast of the city and is bounded by the Wilmington River, the Intracoastal Waterway and Romerly Marsh.
From Hilton Head Island: Take Highway 278 West to Highway 170 South. Follow 170 to Highway 17-A. Continue on 17-A across the Talmadge Bridge into Savannah from South Carolina, and take the first exit at the bottom of the bridge Oglethorpe. Continue thru downtown on Oglethorpe till you reach E. Broad St. , and turn left. At the first light.one block turn right on President St. Stay in the left lane after passing the next light and at the second light turn left and get on the Truman parkway. Exit ( South) left on Whitfield Avenue ( spur 204) and straight to the Landings Main Gate. Stay in left lane and pick up your gate pass.
From Southbound I-95: Exit 94 (Rt.204) which is Abercorn Street. Continue for many miles till you come To The Truman Parkway. Get on and go North then take first exit At Whitefield. Turn right on Whitefield Rd to Skidaway Island and continue over our new bridge straight to the main gate staying in the left lane to pick up your gate pass.
From Northbound I-95: Exit Highway 17 (exit #5) last exit before entering Georgia and still in South Carolina and proceed to Savannah. After crossing theTalmage bridge,take the firt exit called Oglethorpe. Proceed thru town till you turn left on E. Broad St. After one block at the first light turn right on President St. Stay in left lane and at second light turn left onto the Truman Parkway. Proceed to Whitefield Rd. (spur 204) and turn left proceeding to Skidaway Island and to the main gate in left lane to pick up your guest pass.
